Night Struggle of Faith

In Night, Elie Wiesel has a struggle of doctrine end-to-end the concord. When the sustain begins, Elie is working on building his faith with Moshe the Beadle. This angel symbolizes Elie s faith. He saw his faith die right field before his eyes. While the child was slowly dying (he was to swallow to immediately suffocate him), one of the prisoners asked where matinee idol is. Elie believed that the child was God, in a sense. He questions how an all-powerful deity could allow such acts of cruelty to mankind. He had died in Elie, and it appeared Elie had lost his struggle with faith. Elie good-tempered appears to be resistant to the thought of releasing faith. When he hears of the Rabbis son abandoning his father, Elie is filled with maintenance that he may do the same to his father. And though he claims he no longitudinal believes in God, he finds himself praying to him. This symbolizes his controvert to keep his faith, to keep hope. At this point, Elie feels he is weak; he cannot do anything himself, and cannot even think his own desires. His prayer to God shows his weakness, in hopes that a stronger cause will allow him to do what he thinks is the rig ht thing.
